Yes. Our products are free from 12/14 major food allergens except for Soy & Eggs which are processed in our facility.
Are your products made in an allergen-free facility?
Yes. Our products are made in a facility that is free from 10/12 major allergens except for soy and eggs.
Does your facility have any certifications?
Yes. Our products are made in a facility that has the following certifications: SQF Level 1, Certified Gluten-Free, Certified Kosher Pareve, Certified Vegan, Non-GMO Project Verified pending
Are your products safe for my child to bring to school?
Yes. Please check your school’s policy against our manufacturing statements to be sure.
Typically, most schools have a nut-free policy. You can send your child to school with
our products without violating your school’s nut-free policy.
Are your products Non-GMO?
Yes. Our products are made with Non-GMO ingredients in a certified Non-GMO facility. However, our products are not certified Non-GMO yet. We’re working on it.

Our products are not certified organic. However, we use Organic Honey.

Yes. We use gluten-free rolled oats and our facility is certified gluten-free. However, our
products are not certified gluten-free yet. We’re working on it.

Yes. Our products are made with Kosher certified ingredients in a Kosher certified facility.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Our shelf-life analysis studies are currently underway. We recommend you enjoy within 3 months of purchasing.

How is my order fulfilled?
We fulfill all orders at Alternutive headquarters in Providence, RI and ship via USPS.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
How do I track my order?
After your order is placed, tracking information will be provided via e-mail.
What is your return/refund policy?
Unopened boxes are acceptable for return/refund. We cannot accept returns of opened boxes or packaging.
